Frontenac Aero is a Canadian venture forming in the wake of the 2026 Canada–Ukraine 100-year defence partnership. Federal incorporation as Frontenac Aero Inc. is under way. Controlled Goods Program registration (PSPC) and CADSI membership are in preparation.

What we are building

A Canadian production and market-access partner for Ukrainian UAS manufacturers — the Canadian half of a bilateral supply arrangement, positioned to make Ukrainian systems eligible for Canadian defence procurement and its Industrial and Technological Benefits regime.

The proposition we bring to a Ukrainian OEM is Canadian production capacity, CGP-registered ITB eligibility, and English/French market access. It is not concept design, and it is not sales representation.

Background

Founded by a Canadian P.Eng. (electrical engineering, Ontario) with a manufacturing background across engineering leadership, product development, and enterprise systems. Kingston is within road distance of DND and PSPC in Ottawa and of CFB Trenton.
